Product Description
Cast iron has long been the preferred material for grills but the lengthy seasoning process and high maintenance was discouraging. This enamelled cast iron grill pan gives you the benefits of cast iron the first time out of the box. The interior of the pan is coated with a black matte enamel that absorbs the oil used when cooking to create a natural smooth non-stick surface that is highly durable, resistant to chipping, and won't rust or discolour, and does not require seasoning. The cast iron construction ensures quick, even and getle heat distribution and heat retention long after removal from the heat source. The ribbed cook surface helps to separate fats from the food for healthy cooking. The grill pan has two pour spouts for left or right hand drainage off excess fat.
