Server-Products Stainless Steel Pump for a 1/3-Size Steam Table Pan, CP-1/3 Tall 83441This stainless steel pump is designed to dispense from a 1/3-size steam table pan, 6" (15 cm) deep. The pump dispenses a 1 oz (30 mL) serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. A black knob is standard. Steam table pans sold separately.The tall discharge tube is designed to work with the newer refrigeration requirement for the more recent NSF Standard 7 listing. The reason for the change is that a flow of cold air is needed over the top of the food in order to keep the top layer below 41F (C).
