The stir-fry pan features a durable three-layer construction, beginning with an 18/10 stainless-steel exterior that is brushed for an attractive veneer. Beneath the pan's exterior, a heavy-gauge aluminum core enables accelerated heat conduction and distribution for searing or frying. An 18/10 stainless-steel interior, the final layer, provides a nonporous cooking surface that cleans easily. The chef transports the pan to and fro with a cylindrical hollow handle.. For heavier dishes or shaking up contents on the stovetop, the stir-fry pan proffers a securely helper handle. Both handles are crafted in stainless steel and double-riveted to the pan. Dishwasher-safe, the pan also accommodates oven use, safely sustaining temperatures up to 500 degrees F. The pan comes in a protective polishing bag. A limited lifetime warranty covers this item.
