This paella burner kit comes with a sturdy base that can is easily assembled and disassembled for easy transport and storage. Easily connect a propane tank to the base. The gas flame is evenly distributed under your paella pan by a main outer ring and a three central burners that allows for evenly cooking your paella. Included is an 15" (38cm) chef quality carbon steel paella pan that is perfect serving for 4 to 6 people. The pan can also be used indoors on the stove top or in the oven. The paella burner requires a regulator for attaching the propane tank. This regulator is not included but is available at almost all hardware stores. see details
